Ingredients

  • Large ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped 5
  • Garlic clove ¼
  • Raw cashews, soaked 4-8 hours and drained ¼ cup
  • Fresh basil leaves, loosely packed ¼ cup
  • Dried thyme ¼ tsp
  • Himalayan salt ½ tsp
  • Chia seeds 1 tbsp
  • Plain, unsweetened almond milk 2 cups
